FIDZ COLLECTION

omg korang!! remember i wrote an entry cerita pasal staff fidz collection yang attitude itu?
while they have beautiful baju, apa guna if staff layan customer acuh tak acuh kan?
but anyway back to point 1, the owner (i supposed) mailed me. i salute her!!!
she apologized dek kerana her staff behavior.
oh korang, staff tu dah takde.. sila ke sana b coz they have beautiful bridal baju!
even ready made dia pun sgt reasonable, rm690 je with lace patches!
i hope vendor2 lain juga mengambil contoh kak zai kita.
apatah seorang photographer tu... yang telah buat tak layan i coz dia igt i ni takde duit.

Subject: Fidz Collections- Maaf

Salam Miss X, sy ada membaca dilaman blog missX mengenai layanan staff sy yg tidak ada skill saperti kata Miss X. Terlebih dahulu sy minta maaf diatas kelemahan dan sikap staff sy itu. Staff itu sudah sy berhentikan sebelum sy terbaca comment miss X. Staff itu sebenarnya mempunyai sejenis penyakit yg susah sy hendak terangkan disini. Apa pun sy berhentikan dia dgn baik dan suruh dia berobat.Kadang2 kita susah hendak mengenali
sesaorang sama ada dia ok atau tidak. Apa pon alasannya saya bertanggung jawab diatas apa yg berlaku. Kami akan cuba memperbaiki kelemahan kami.
Saya ucapkan berbanyak terima kasih di atas teguran sdri.
Saya harap pekara saperti itu tidak berulang lagi.
Teruskan blogging untuk beri nasihat pada mana bakal2 pengantin supaya mereka
membuat pilihan yg tepat mengikut kemampuan dan selera masing2.

Betui tu Ms.X,K.Zura pernah kena masa nak kahwin dgn butik sebelah FIDZ tu kalau tak silap Wazira Collection,memang time tuh akak dtg pakai seliper jepun pakai baju kurung...akak dah usha baju kat patung tuh tapi boleh dia suruh akak amik baju yg dah 4-5 kali org pakai..dia kata ni murah sikit...helo...tp akhir nyer dia kena jugak biler hubby dgn macho nyer masuk campur....

  3. aiseh...same ngan pe yg sy tgh lalui skrg. tetiba my DESIGNER itu menjadi kerek & memandang sy mcm tak afford nak byr dia. haish...seyes geram & dunno what else to do. kang cari psl, dia wat naya kat baju2 kita, payah gak. haish!

  9. my sis dulu did her wedding baju at fidz, and it turned out beautiful...i loved it soo much...

    i guess all vendors have their ups and downs..

    i have so much respect for Pn. Zaiton, for the courage to email you and apologies. that is the kind of professionalism we need amongst the vendor.

    Not the kind of vendor yg buat salah, and then lagi can kutuk2 the client to everyone..

    sab: true! i sangat salute dia. i jadikan kak zai sebagai contoh. if kita salah, kita minta maaf. customer mmg slalu (nak) betul at the end of the day and for god sake, they bayar wut! kan?

    ps: oh ur sis pun mmg cantik tinggi lampai lagi slim... org cantik pakai apa pun cantik ;) macam u la!

  11. Memang cantik baju2 dia. Tapi baru jer i pegi last week. Now ada staff baru. Pun sama attitude tak boleh bla. sombong gile! last2 taknak beli dgn fidz collection. Pegi kedai sebelah dia Wazira collection. Layanan mmg bagus. Baru la customer tak lari.
